Help Support my Run for Cancer – 1/2 Marathon

Hello readers from all over – help support my ½ Marathon run by donating to Dana-Farber’s amazing cancer research.

I’m running my second ½ marathon this year and while the first was special I wanted to run for a cause this next time. I chose Dana Farber for many reasons including how cancer has taken and effected lives within my own family and continues to cut short what should be long lives with family and friends.

I ask that you help me in this cause by giving what you can to offer your support not for my run by but for what continues to be the the scariest abrupt end to life out there. To help what seems the endless quest for a cure and to continue to fund the efforts of researchers and doctors. Running is the very least I can do but I know I can count on my network to help bring even more help to this wonderful, greater good that keeps us together longer.

Make a difference and support Dana-Farber.

I'm Tim. I live in Cole Valley, San Francisco with my wife, Julie, and two daughters Addie and Audra. I tend to write a bunch about leading Sales teams, since that's what I've been doing since 2006. I'm particularly drawn to the psychology of selling, whether that be how people buy things or sell things, it's fascinating how decision-making is centered into the core of who you are as a person. I enjoy cultivating a culture centered around mastery of your craft and a genuine passion for winning together. Outside of professional learnings, I enjoy listening to epic sci-fi and fantasy books while I run long distances to decompress and obsessed with watching my two girls grow. For a good ice breaker, ask me about my Golden Retriever and my Bernese Mountain Dog.
